REGISTRATION & POLICIES – Paragon Gymnastics

ENROLLMENT

Enrollment is ongoing. You may enroll or un-enroll as you wish with no long term commitment.
You may make changes to day/time/program anytime at front desk during office hours.
You may enroll up to 10 days before your desired start date. We are unable to hold spots in advance. You are financially responsible for your class enrollments until your formerly UNENROLL.
Un-enrolling is easy… you can call the front desk or visit during office hours up to the day before payment is due.

Only ONE tuition (the highest) in your family pays full price. All lesser Paragon tuition(s) in your family are discounted a full 10%.
Team Members do not receive any discounts due to their already steeply discounted tuition.

For brand new students, Paragon Gymnastics will happily refund %100 percent of your first month’s tuition should you not be completely delighted with your Paragon Gymnastics experience. We also allow 1 trial class in programs you have not tried before, provided you have paid the registration fee for the school year.

We seek to be liberal and offer make-ups wherever possible but can not guarantee makes-ups in all classes in all programs throughout the year.
A STUDENT MUST BE ACTIVELY ENROLLED TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A MAKE-UP.
You may request to schedule a make-up anytime within 7 days of your desired make-up date.
The eligibility for make-up expire four weeks after the missed class.
WE APOLOGIZE, THERE ARE NO CREDITS NOR REFUNDS FOR MISSED CLASSES.

Tuition is pro-rated based on your start date.
We accept checks made payable to “Paragon” or CASH. We accept Visa/MasterCard/Discover via the online portal.
Participation requires that you have a signed Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk form on file with Paragon Gymnastics. This document needs to be re-signed every year.
Tuition is due/submitted by the 22nd of the month preceding the activity. For example, Tuition for the November/December session would be due October 22nd
Tuition is due for as long as you are actively enrolled. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO UN-ENROLL.

Un-enrollment must be submitted on or before the 21st (info@gymparagon.com, or visit the front desk.)
Please include your students name, program, and your desired last class date, along with any feedback.
We do not credit or refund for past missed classes.
Un-enrollments submitted after the 21st of a month for all or part of the following month will result in full or prorated credit to your Paragon account.
Please un-enroll before the 21st to avoid (or pro-rate) payment for the following month.
Tuition is due for as long as you are actively enrolled. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO UN-ENROLL.
** Team members are subject to rules & polices for the TEAM, and do not follow the procedures outlined in this document.

We will not hold instructional classes during the below break weeks (see below):
All sessions average 8 weeks of class.
We charge MORE or LESS for longer or shorter sessions.
Sessions with less than 8 weeks of classes will be pro-rated.
No make-ups or credits will be issued for break weeks.
