Private Lessons

Paragon Gymnastics offers private lessons for both recreational & team athletes.

Private lessons are offered for athletes to help them enhance their skills for a particular event or all events.

Recreational Private Lessons:

  • These lessons are offered for athletes to help them enhance their skills for a particular event.
  • Examples in the past have included: Aerials for dance recitals, Standing Back-Tuck/Back-Full for cheerleading, Front & Back Walk-overs, Handstands, Muscle-Ups for CrossFit, etc.

Our Pricing is as follows:

  • $35.00 / 30 mins
  • $50.00 / 45 mins
  • $65.00 / 60 mins

For all 1 on 1 Private Lesson(s), a parent or guardian MUST be present at all times.

Semi-Private Lessons (up to 3 students)

  • $45.00 / 30 mins
  • $60.00 / 45 mins
  • $75.00 / 60 mins

Competitive Team Private Lessons:

  • These lessons are offered for our competitive athletes who need more time in the gym to complete their competitive requirements needed for competition**.
  • ** Competitive athletes from other gyms in Maryland/DC/Virginia/Delaware are not eligible for Private Lessons at Paragon.
  • Competitive Team Private Lessons are billed at a flat rate of $100/hr.
  • Competitive Team Private Lessons are 1 hour minimum.
