Parent & Me – 18 months – 3 years (Teacher/Student Ration 1:6)
This 30 minute class is designed to allow parents to participate in their child’s learning process. Focus is on fine motor skills, coordination, and over all body awareness. Gymnastics equipment and other creative media will be used in this structured environment.
Pre-School – 3 – 4 years (Teacher/Student Ratio 1:6)
This 45 minute class gives the student the opportunity to work independently with the instructor. Students will learn basic gymnastics skills on trampoline, bars, balance beam, tumbling, and vault along with other fun activities. Emphasis is placed on safety, listening skills, and social interaction.
Bronze – 5-6 years , 7-9 years (Teacher/Student Ratio 1:8)
Silver – 6 years, 7-9 years, 10+ (Teacher/Student Ratio 1:8)
Gold – 7-9 years, 10+ (Teacher/Student Ratio 1:8)
In all Boys Xcel classes, students begin building basic gymnastics skills. Fun, creative and challenging activities are used to enhance students learning on the following apparatus: Floor Exercise, Vault, Parallel Bars, Horizontal Bar, and Trampoline.
Inside the boys classes, students are grouped on apparatus based on skill ability. Bronze is the lowest level of the boys class, and currently Gold is the highest. Class length is dictated by age and experience level.

Ninja Classes – 6+(Teacher/Student Ratio 1:10)
Want to try some really awesome obstacles like those seen in National Ninja Leauge Competition and on TV? We are proud to offer Ninja Training via a fun class setting to work on some of the more popular obstacles. We typically change up and add one new obstackle every 2-3 months for more variety in training. This class is for both boys and girls of all ages.
Tumbling for Cheerleading – 6+ years (Teacher/Student Ratio 1:10)
In this 1 hour class, students will learn tumbling for cheerleading. Focus is on flexibility and strength for jumps, front and back handsprings, aerials, and front and back tucks.
This 1 hour 30 minute class focuses on stretching, strengthening, and basic gymnastic skills. Our goal is to progress the student at his or her own pace. Ex-gymnasts welcome too! This is a great way to enhance your own work out program!
